Are you accepting new customers?
Yes. Depending on our scheduled rotations, your first cleaning could be up to 3 weeks
from when you first contact us but we do our best to schedule it as soon as we can.

Can I pick the day and time of my cleaning?
No. All teams rotations are put into geographical order, therefore your cleaning
will be on the day and time that the team is in your area.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning time?
You do not need to be home.

How are hard floor surfaces washed?
We make are own floor solution with cleaning vinegar. This solution is used with microfiber cloths
to wash and dry. The microfiber cloths are changed often to secure a proper clean.
Sponge mops or wringer mops are never used.
Bathroom floors are washed and dried on hands and knees with a bleach solution or other disinfectant.

How much does a cleaning cost?
The cleaning fee is determined by the amount of cleaning time multiplied by
the number of workers on the team.
Naturally, the more workers on the team, result in a lesser amount of time in your home but not a lesser cleaning fee because the total cleaning time will be the same.  
The cost per hour is determined by the type of cleaning performed.
