Residential Cleanings

These cleanings are for your primary or seasonal home that you and your family occupy and never rent.
We offer:
One cleaning per week
One cleaning every other week
One cleaning within a three to five week time span. These are primarily scheduled on a Monday.
Because most legal holidays fall on a Monday, your cleaning will be scheduled on a three to five week basis.

The cleaning fee is determined by the amount of cleaning time multiplied by the number of workers on the team.
Naturally, the more workers on the team, result in a lesser amount of time in your home but not a lesser cleaning fee because the total cleaning time will be the same.
Know that the first cleaning always takes longer than future ones.
Keep in mind that the amount of cleaning time for the second and future ones will depend on the length of time in between the cleanings,
and how the house was utilized.

Residential Cleaning Description

Entire Home:
Spider webs, lamps, lamp shades, knick-knacks, light fixtures, ceiling fans, mirrors, pictures frames,
tops of window and door frames, interior windowsills, heating registers and baseboards dusted.
Light switch plates washed.
Carpets and hard floor surfaces vacuumed including under all furniture that sits a minimum of 8" off the floor

All non-cloth furniture dusted or washed.

All hard floor surfaces washed.

Kitchen
Exterior of large and small appliances cleaned.
Interior of reachable microwave cleaned
Exterior of cabinetry spot washed.
Exhaust hood, finished back-splash, counters, and sinks cleaned.
Items stored on counters cleaned.

All fixtures polished.

Bathroom
Mold treated around and in the grout and caulking of showers and tubs.
Tub, shower, finished back-splash, counters, and sinks cleaned
Items stored on counters cleaned.
Toilets cleaned (inside, outside and underneath)

Exterior of cabinetry spot washed.
Tops of heating registers* and baseboards washed.

All fixtures polished.
*rusted heating registers will not be washed

Beds
All beds will be prepared only if linens do not need to be applied

We do not offer services for an unfinished basement, garage or any exterior space such as a deck or patio.

All trash is deposited in the receptables on site.

Spring Cleaning Description

These cleanings are scheduled in April/May/October/November

Entire Home:
Spider webs, ceiling vents, blinds, lamps, lamp shades, knick-knacks, light fixtures, ceiling fans, mirrors, pictures on the walls, interior sliding glass doors, window frames, door frames, doors, switch plates, outlet covers, stairs, risers, spindles, balusters, banisters, heating registers* and baseboards dusted or washed.
Washable food, drink spills and dirt cleaned off of walls.
Cloth furniture including underneath all detachable cushions, carpets, underneath area rugs,
and hard floor surfaces vacuumed.

All non-cloth furniture and hard floor surfaces washed.
*heating registers will not be taken apart. Rusted heating registered will not be washed.

Kitchen
Interior and exterior of large and small appliances cleaned. Exterior of cabinetry.
Exhaust hood, finished back-splash, counters, sinks, and closets cleaned.
Items stored on counters cleaned.

Bathroom
Washable mold treated above the tub/shower and on all grout and caulking.
Tub, shower, finished back-splash, counters, sinks, exterior of cabinetry, and closets cleaned.
Items stored on counters cleaned.
Toilets cleaned (inside, outside and underneath)
